Course Overview: Arc's EAP course is designed to equip sport coaches, strength and conditioning coaches, trainers, and athletes with the skills to conduct, identify, and apply corrective strategies through observing movement, understanding force application, and developing sound programming through the lens of weightlifting movements. Over a one-day academic course, participants will develop confidence to safely progress athletes and prepare them for load and intensity.
